Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not happy with the final result, you can contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll either make it right through revisions, or if you're still not satisfied, we’ll issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

6. Your Content

If you upload any files or instructions, they’re still yours. We’ll only use them to complete your request and won’t share them with anyone else.

Everything on our website (logo, text, design, etc.) belongs to Paper On Time. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse it without permission.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but sometimes maintenance or issues happen. We’ll always aim to minimize downtime.

9. Ending Your Use

You can stop using our services anytime. If you want to delete your account, just email us. We may also deactivate accounts that break the rules.

10. If Something Goes Wrong

We try hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. But if there's ever an issue or a dispute:
